I recently forged a sword out of some real tough steel 80crv2. I wanted to see how the steel would perform for cutlery and this is a copy of the test model. I love it so much I use the exact same blade in my kitchen.

Stabilized sycamore wood and an ebony spacer. This blade is for right handed cooks as it has a fuller on one side to help minimize food sticking to the blade.
